- Responsible for the technical architecture applied for the implementation of the end to end Infrastructure, Cloud & Security Services (Wintel, Linux, DB, Storage, VWware, Citrix, Microsoft, Workplace, Office 365, Cloud, Security, SIEM etc.)
- Interacting with the Customer Enterprise Architect to ensure that the Services the Provider delivers are aligned with the reference architecture, architecture guidelines, principles, policies, and technology and service standards.
- Experience in large technology implementation, migrations & deployments
- Experience in coexistence or similar scenarios during company separation for seamless access to parent enterprise services
- Must have expertise in handling Applications and infrastructure architecture discussions with customer
- Develop a vision and roadmap for the Infra, Cloud & Security Services as directed by the customer that address the changing business and technical needs.
- Proactively bringing new and innovative technical and service solution suggestions to the customer, as required and defined in the Agreement.
- Ability to ensure that services and technology are compliant with internal and external rules and policies.
- Strong capability to research and develop new solutions to meet business requirements for technology and service architectures.
- Ability to understand and select tools to implement the service delivery performance measurements required for performance management.
- Training and experience in IT Enterprise Architecture including The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF).
- 12+ years of experience in the Services and technologies for a small & large sized organization.
- TOGAF training would be desirable.
- IT technical certifications would be desired related to the in-scope components, tools, and services.
- Develop and maintain IT architecture frameworks to support business goals.
- Define roadmaps, standards, and best practices for IT infrastructure and operations.
- Lead cloud migration strategies and optimize Azure & AWS environments.
- Ensure network security, compliance, and risk management across IT systems.
- Collaborate with Service Desk and End User Computing teams to enhance user experience and support efficiency.
- Architect and implement Azure & AWS cloud solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Oversee Unix & Windows server environments, ensuring optimal configuration and security.
- Design and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies to safeguard critical data.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to improve IT efficiency.
- Develop and enforce network security policies, including firewalls, VPNs, and identity management.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement security controls to protect enterprise assets.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Define and implement IT support strategies to improve service desk efficiency.
- Optimize end-user computing environments, including device management and software deployment.
- Lead automation initiatives to streamline IT operations and enhance user experience.
- Work with stakeholders to align IT architecture with business goals.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor IT teams on emerging technologies.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party solutions.
- 18+ years of experience in IT architecture and enterprise infrastructure.
- Expertise in Azure & AWS cloud platforms (certifications preferred).
- Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, VPNs, and identity management.
- Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows server administration.
- Familiarity with backup technologies, disaster recovery, and storage solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF, CISSP are a plus
- A bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field.
