
Claims Specialist - Property

- Dealing with first notification of claims and understanding / learning about the scope of coverages in place
- Dealing with markets, client and placement teams, network offices, underwriters and appointed third parties (loss adjusters, lawyers etc)
- Help facilitate and follow up on the payment and settlement of claims for clients with underwriters
- Coordinate discussions, meetings and technical support to facilitate a superior level of communication between the client, underwriter and their representatives concerning the handling and settlement of claims
- Conduct data analysis to establish the claims history for a particular client or business portfolio, and to identify trends and patterns in claims for a client or business segment
- Liaison with other teams as necessary to ensure sharing of relevant information and any other tasks that Aon and your line manager might reasonably require
- Experience dealing with claims from First Notification of Loss to resolution
- Experience of, or ability to quickly learn the CLASS and ECF Processing systems
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Cert CII desirable
