Rate of Pay:£15.00 inc holiday pay per hour Monday to SaturdayJob Overview:We are currently seeking a reliable and hard-working General Operatives to support the successful delivery of a new build industrial project. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining site cleanliness, assisting tradespeople, and supporting general site operations to ensure the project runs safely and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:General site clean-up, including removal of waste, sweeping, and tidying work areasAssisting with the movement and organisation of materials and equipment around the siteSupporting skilled tradespeople as required (e.g., holding materials, fetching tools)Ensuring walkways and work zones are clear and hazard-freeHelping with basic manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and loading/unloading deliveriesFollowing all health and safety procedures on siteReporting any issues or hazards to the Site Manager or SupervisorRequirements:Previous experience on construction sites preferredCSCS card (valid and in date)Pass D&A TestStrong work ethic and positive attitudePhysically fit and able to undertake manual tasksAbility to work well in a team and follow instructionsPunctual and reliable
