
Infrastructure Specialist - Hybrid Working

- Do you have a minimum of 5 years experience working in a support desk at a 3rd line capacity in technical support and infrastructure?
- Do you have a qualification and strong experience in Microsoft technology stack, including configuring and managing O365?
- Do you have expertise in Microsoft Cloud Services and in building and configuring virtual servers using Azure?
- Routine tasks need to be completed with limited supervision.
- Coach and mentor colleagues to drive the standard in customer care.
- Attending sites, town halls, meeting with General Managers to build rapport and to obtain feedback on support service offered.
- Ensuring all incidents are updated in a regular, accurate and timely manner. Escalating incidents when required.
- Perform systems administration activities such as performance tuning and data management.
- Monitoring and reviewing quality of service delivered.
- Interfacing directly with all service delivery teams on site.
- Creation, update and maintenance of the technical knowledgebase and documentation.
- Attending sites to support project role outs when required.
- Customer Service skills applied to difficult users.
- On call responsibilities within a pressurised support environment.
- Implementation of a scheduled program of patching & firmware/software upgrades.
