As an Agency Care Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers.
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and clean environment.
  • Monitor and record clients' health and well-being.
  • Follow care plans and report any changes in clients' conditions to the relevant professionals.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

INDWALESAbout YouA successful candidate will have:
  • 12 Month Minimum experience working in a healthcare setting in the UK
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
