We're recruiting Machine Operatives to join a successful cladding manufacturer in Welton. This is practical, hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment, perfect for someone who enjoys grafting and takes pride in doing the job right.
You won't just be operating machines - you'll be learning different processes step by step. With seven skill levels in the department, each bringing extra pay, you'll see your progression reflected directly in your earnings.Pay & Shifts
  • Starting salary: £25k rising to £30k+ with progression
  • Backshift allowance: +20%
  • Current shifts: Mon-Thurs, 6 am - 4 pm
  • Future shifts (expected in 12-18 months):
  • Mon-Fri, 6 am - 2 pm
  • Mon-Thurs, 1 pm - 11 pm What we need from you
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • A self-motivated, disciplined approach to work
  • Commitment to high-quality standards
  • Basic computer skills for production records
  • Own transport (site not accessible by public transport)
