
Electrical Maintenance Engineer

- Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment to minimise downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential faults or issues.
- Work collaboratively with the engineering team to improve equipment performance.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure compliance across all activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and updates to equipment.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and systems.
- Provide technical support to production teams when necessary.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- A recognised qualification in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Experience in maintaining and repairing industrial machinery within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices in an engineering environment.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Familiarity with PLC systems and automated equipment is advantageous.
- A competitive salary in the range of £43300 including shift allowance
- Working 39 hours per week with pay for 40 hours.
- dayshift; 0700 - 1500 Monday to Thursday and 0700 - 1400 on a Friday
- backshift; 1500 - 2300 Monday to Thursday and 1400 - 2100 on a Friday
- nightshift; 0000 - 0700 Sunday and Monday to Thursday 2300-0700
