What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Conduct market appraisals and convert them into instructions
  • Develop and implement valuation and listing strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients across the residential and investment sectors
  • Represent the brand in a professional, advisory capacity
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to maximise exposure
  • Monitor market trends and provide pricing insights
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • Proven track record in estate agency valuations and instruction winning
  • Strong background in residential property sales or consultancy
  • Consultative and strategic approach to client relationships
  • Excellent market knowledge and pricing awareness
  • Confident communicator with professional presentation
  • Ambitious, commercially minded, and self-motivated
  • Familiarity with owners, occupiers, and investor-led transactions preferred
  • Full UK driving licence required
