- Greet all guests on arrival with a warm, professional welcome
- Scan entry tickets using our digital system to verify access
- Operate the cloakroom efficiently and securely throughout the event
- Escort guests to their designated tables in the hospitality lounge, ensuring the seating plan is followed accurately
- Support lounge service, including drink replenishment and clearing when required
- Direct guests to their seats in the main stadium bowl at kick-off/showtime and assist where needed
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions or requests
- Communicate clearly with the wider hospitality operations team to ensure smooth service
- Report any complaints, incidents, or guest feedback to the hospitality sales team
- A calm and professional approach under pressure
- Ability to handle multiple queries and requests at once
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- A welcoming, clean, and well-presented appearance at all times
- Confident, positive, and guest-focused attitude
- Previous experience in hospitality, events, or a front-of-house/customer service role is desirable
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends (match days, concerts, and other events)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions from room managers and team leads
- Must be confident in working in a busy, fast-paced, guest-facing environment
- Work in one of the UK's most iconic stadiums
