Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our growing team in Stafford!Reports to: Contract ManagerThis role is Monday to Friday (hours are flexible and TBC)Key Responsibilities:Deliver the highest levels of support to the sites aligned to the Client. This should include but not be limited to:Place adverts and monitor applications for warehouse candidates across the sitesAnswering recruitment enquiresScreening, processing and on boarding candidates for induction & trainingComplete necessary right to work checks for all candidatesMaintaining best practice as outlined by the business.Monitor and Manage performance of warehouse colleaguesEnsure accuracy at all times associated with the start to end recruitment processManagement of all systems i.e., CRM, Online Candidate Portal and UnityManage reporting on worker information with regards to sickness & attendance etc.
