- Delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that follow the national curriculum
- Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Supporting pupils’ individual needs to help them reach their full potential
- Monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback
- Working collaboratively with school staff and trust colleagues
- Adhering to safeguarding procedures and school policies
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or working towards it
- Prior experience teaching within a school setting
- An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s education and development
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Adaptability to work across various schools and key stages
