- Dealing with vehicle repair requests via email, deciding on the quickest and most cost-effective repair route

- Arranging vehicle movements
- VOR chasing (vehicle off the road)
- Motor claims experience
- Experience working within the accident repair industry
- Experience working within a Fleet environment
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including Excel and Outlook
- Experience working in a fast-paced administrative team
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Ability to work off own initiative
- Working Hours: You will be required to work a mixture of shifts between 6am - 2pm, 7am - 3pm and 8am - 4pm. Your hours will be worked across Monday - Friday, however there will also be a requirement to work 1 in 4 Saturdays, which will be rota' d. The role will require you to be based in the office at least 3 days per week, however you will need to spend the full week in the office during your training.
