You will be joining a busy and collaborative team handling a wide range of matters, including:
- Probate and estate administration
- Lifetime and charitable trusts
- Will trusts and tax planning
- Agricultural estates and farming partnerships
- Corporate trustee work
- Trust administration and wind-ups
- Complex tax matters relating to estates and trusts
- Managing a full caseload of trust and probate matters
- Delivering exceptional client care and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards
- Supporting team development and participating in marketing initiatives
- Using the case management system effectively and accurately
- Participating in relevant training and CPD activities
- Qualified Solicitor or Fellow of CILEX with experience in Private Client law
- Significant expertise in Wills, Probate, Trusts and Tax
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent client service skills
- CTA or ATT qualification (desirable but not essential)
