
Shift Technician

- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime and improve equipment efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with machinery and production equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report findings to the engineering team.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment as required.
- Participate in continuous training to stay up-to-date with industry standards and technologies.
- Provide technical support during shift operations to maintain production targets.
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment with exposure to engineering processes.
- HNC/HND in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- A strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including fault diagnosis and repair.
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving technical challenges.
