- Lead and deliver projects valued between £1m - £10m.
- Manage health sector projects in live environments, with additional work in higher education.
- Oversee full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
- Administer contracts with a strong focus on JCT.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support the growth of the London project management function.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the built environment.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to operate confidently in live environments.
- Experience of working on healthcare-related projects is highly desirable.
- Contract administration skills, ideally with JCT contract experience.
- Professional qualification (e.g. MRICS) is beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
- Competitive salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum.
