What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Maintain an expert understanding of the local market
  • Represent the agency professionally and positively at all times
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • Estate agency experience in a valuation or management role
  • Strong track record in instruction-winning
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Team leadership or mentoring experience
  • High level of customer service and communication skills
  • Positive, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude
  • Well presented with a professional approach
  • Knowledge of the Medway area (preferred)
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
