Are you a commercially savvy Account Executive or Business Development Executive with a passion for spirits and the On Trade sector? With deep expertise in sales, marketing and long-term customer relationships, they partner with some of the most exciting names in the drinks industry, and they’re now looking for their next rising star in the North West 🌟The Role:As National Account Executive, you’ll support the On-Trade Lead to deliver commercial success across key national and regional on-trade groups, wholesalers, and RTM customers. This is a high-visibility role with real scope to shape growth in some of the UK’s most influential hospitality accounts.
  • Support the delivery of commercial plans across a portfolio of national and regional on-trade customers.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with wholesale partners and RTM routes.
  • Collaborate closely with key wholesalers to ensure effective brand representation and drive volume.
  • Analyse sales performance and customer data to identify growth opportunities and optimise account strategies.
  • Implement promotional plans and support brand activations across target venues and customer groups.
  • Represent the brand portfolio at trade shows, tastings, and industry events.
  • Work cross-functionally with brand and marketing teams to ensure alignment with customer-facing activity.
About You:
  • Experience in FMCG account management, ideally within drinks or hospitality.
  • A solid understanding of the On Trade and wholesale landscape.
  • Previous experience working with wholesale partners or RTM channels is highly desirable.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Commercially sharp with confidence in using data to inform decision-making (Excel skills a must).
  • Resilient, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
