- Support the delivery of commercial plans across a portfolio of national and regional on-trade customers.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with wholesale partners and RTM routes.
- Collaborate closely with key wholesalers to ensure effective brand representation and drive volume.
- Analyse sales performance and customer data to identify growth opportunities and optimise account strategies.
- Implement promotional plans and support brand activations across target venues and customer groups.
- Represent the brand portfolio at trade shows, tastings, and industry events.
- Work cross-functionally with brand and marketing teams to ensure alignment with customer-facing activity.
- Experience in FMCG account management, ideally within drinks or hospitality.
- A solid understanding of the On Trade and wholesale landscape.
- Previous experience working with wholesale partners or RTM channels is highly desirable.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Commercially sharp with confidence in using data to inform decision-making (Excel skills a must).
- Resilient, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- £40,000-£45,000 base salary
