  • Platforms: Duck Creek (Versions 4.x, 5.x, 6.x, 7.x)
  • Languages: C#, JavaScript, XML, HTML, XSLT
  • Frameworks: .NET (C#.Net, ASP.Net)
  • Databases: SQL Server (2005/2008/2012/2016)
  • Tools: Duck Creek Example Platform (Author, Express, Server, Transact, Forms, User Admin), Google Cloud, JIRA, Quality Center
  • Version Control: TFS, VSS, SVN
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, Build, Configure and customize the Duck Creek Policy and Billing system according to specified business requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand needs and implement system modifications and enhancements.
  • Perform system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to system configuration and customization.
  • Conduct testing of new configurations and customizations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the system.
  • Work with vendors and external partners to resolve any system-related issues.
  • Stay up to date with Duck Creek Technologies updates and industry best practices to recommend improvements to our system.
