Looking to step into teaching without the planning and marking?
We’re looking for confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to support Primary & Secondary schools across Wimborne and surrounding areas on a day-to-day and short-term basis. This is an ideal role if you're exploring a future in teaching, returning to education, or want flexible work that can lead to long-term or permanent opportunities.Whether you're available 1 day or 5, we want to hear from youThe role can vary from school to school, but generally responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing the classroom ready for a lesson.
  • Delivering the pre-set work.
  • Ensuring the class stays on task.
  • Assisting any children who may require extra support.
  • Clearing away at the end of a lesson.
  • Use of school technology and systems
  • Maintaining good behaviour within the classroom.
Working as a cover supervisor is extremely rewarding as you have the opportunity to have a positive impact on every young person you work with.
