Location : Norwich, UK Role overviewDo you have an interest in Rural, Agriculture or Farming?If so, we are looking for an Apprentice Rural Surveyor to join us, starting in September 2024!The degree apprenticeship will last 5 years and will be fully funded by us. Upon finishing the degree, the successful candidate will receive fully chartered status.Job PurposeThe successful applicant will join our Rural team based in Norwich who have an outstanding reputation across the country, working with many prestigious landowners and estates.We work on some impressive projects with outstanding clients and, alongside your studies, you'll get involved with everything on the job from day one, as we believe this is the best way for you to learn! You'll be assisting with professional work such as:
  • Estate and farm management
  • Property management and maintenance
  • Valuations
  • Landlord and tenant matters for residential, agricultural and commercial properties
  • Drafting lease agreements, carrying out rent reviews, managing tenants' rents
  • Diversification projects
  • Business plans
  • Farm and rural estate agency
  • Renewable energy schemes
  • Grant sourcing
  • Compulsory purchase/utility schemes
  • Farmland investment and development scheme
