- Building your own pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Approaching and engaging commercial clients in your area.

- Creating and presenting tailored proposals to win new contracts.
- Working closely with local managers to support regional growth.
- Owning client conversations from first contact to deal close.
- Negotiating confidently and closing with impact.

- Brilliant communication skills and a genuine interest in people.
- A self-starter who thrives on achieving goals.
- Full UK Driving Licence (you'll be out and about in your area).
