This is a full-time, temporary position expected to continue for the full academic year.The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality DT lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. You’ll inspire students in areas such as product design, resistant materials, and engineering principles, encouraging creativity, problem-solving, and practical skills development.This school values hands-on learning and boasts well-equipped DT facilities alongside a collaborative and supportive technology department. The ideal candidate will be passionate about their subject, confident in classroom management, and committed to helping students reach their potential..Requirements
To be considered for the position of DT Teacher, you will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification Have experience teaching Design and Technology at the secondary level Be able to plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills Be committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environmentWhat we offer
