Looking to start a career in the exciting world of Data?The Data Technician Apprentice supports the Data Centre Solution SME in managing and maintaining data centre systems and processes. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and adherence to internal and client procedures.Duties
  • Support the Data Centre Solution SME in managing Nlyte system configuration, data integrity, and reporting.
  • Assist with onboarding new sites and maintaining accurate asset and infrastructure records.
  • Provide technical support and training for internal tools.
  • Participate in change management, troubleshooting, and system updates.
  • Contribute to documentation, process improvement, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Support disaster recovery testing, operational acceptance testing, and cross-team collaboration.
About youTo be a Data Technician Apprentice, you must be passionate with all things data with 5 GCSEs (ideally A* - C, 4-9) including Maths and English.This 15-month Apprenticeship has a salary of £22,000 per year.Your training will include gaining internationally recognised Level 3 data qualifications.Skills and personal qualities required
