Property Associate / Senior Associate - Cardiff (Hybrid)

You'll advise a broad client base including developers, landowners, housing associations, funders, and local authorities on:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Secured lending for development and investment
- Mixed-use, commercial, and residential schemes
- Public sector property transactions
- Around 4 years PQE in property law
- Strong technical expertise and demonstrated experience of managing a busy caseload
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
