
Clinical Fellow - ADHD

- Over 15 years of experience of delivering community outpatient services
- Contracts with ICBs and hospital providers
- A diverse clinical workforce of consultants, GPs with extended roles, specialist nurses and allied health professionals
- Delivery of over 120,000 patient consultations per year
- Delivery of 1st consultations within a maximum of 4 weeks from referral from a choice of community locations, 7 days per week
- Professional GMC registration and appropriate qualifications.
- Specialist diploma within specialty area.
- Experience of working within community/secondary care.
- A strong understanding and experience of out of hospital care/community specialist services.
- Experience of working between primary and secondary care settings.
- Full driving licence and the ability to travel between service locations.
- Strong IT skills.
- Able assess a situation, set priorities and problem solve quickly and effectively.
- Ability to work on own initiative and organise own workload with minimal supervision working to tight and often changing timescales.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem solving skills and ability to respond to sudden unexpected demands.
- Able to work unsupervised.
- Ability to be flexible with working hours to meet the needs of the service.
- Risk management awareness and able to assess clinical risk.
- Experience of using clinical systems such as SYSTMONE.
- Able to work effectively in a team, supporting others and challenging colleagues views and attitudes when necessary.
