Schedule Manager£50 - £67.47 per hourMorson are currently recruiting for a Schedule Manager role to work within a multinational defence focused air programme. Working for the Joint Programme Management Office (JPMO) you will focus on the standardisation of a fully integrated and aligned schedule architecture. Accountable of the generation, maintenance, status, and management of information you will be accountable for ensuring clear governance and processes are established and communicated to the wider cross business community. You will also be first line assurance of data sets and reporting suites, as such we’re looking for a highly organised schedule manager with strong data comprehension.The role is being offered on an initial 12-month contract with opportunities to extend. The role is full time on site in Warton and can offer a rate of £50 per hour PAYE or £67.47 per hour inside IR35.Responsibilities
  • Delivery of the Schedule Architecture to a wide variety of stakeholders on behalf of a prestigious British defence organistation.
  • Management of the integrated consolidated schedule, ensuring associated review cycle in order to direct status updates.
  • Deliver an integrated schedule Management reporting to the international stakeholders, including MoD.
  • Deliver work in line with the agreed Schedule Reporting Calendar.
  • Deliver the schedule risk analysis output, to enable management decision making.
  • Work with functional teams to establish project control pipeline of resources.
Requirements
  • Recognised as a Project Management professional within a commercial environment.
  • Schedule Management experience.
  • Experience implementing Project Management & Control tools & techniques.
  • Able to deliver against Business objectives.
  • Strong communication skills at different levels in the organisation including internal and external stakeholders.
  • APM or similar qualifications.
Recognising the RESTRICTED nature of the work, suitable candidates will be SC cleared or eligible for this level of clearance
