- Advising on the design, structuring, and implementation of approved and unapproved employee share schemes.
- Providing tax advice on equity matters in the context of corporate transactions, including reviewing and signing off share reward tax due diligence reports.
- Coaching, developing, and supporting junior team members to build their technical and advisory skills.
- Playing an active role in business development activities both locally and across the wider firm.
- Contributing to business strategy discussions and the continued development of the equity incentives service offering.
- Hold relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Have substantial experience advising on equity incentives and share scheme tax matters.
- Are excellent communicators with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
- Enjoy developing and coaching others, with proven people management skills.
- Are motivated to play an active part in the growth and success of the firm.
