Waiter / Waitress Overview:To carry out table service of the Restaurant department, maintaining the maximum quality of standards required to ensure optimum guest satisfaction.Looking for a team member to join our team to ensure that guests are greeted with a smile and start the day with the level of service they can expect for the rest of their stay. Working with the Breakfast team and making our guests feel welcomed and taken care of right from the start of the day. Reporting to the department manager you will be involved in assisting in the smooth and efficient running of breakfast service. You will also ensure our guests are served to the highest standards and endeavour to make every meal an occasion for its guests.Waiter / Waitress Key Responsibilities:
  • To assist with the service of food and beverages, ensuring the 4 Red Star and 2 Rosette standard is maintained
  • To be familiar with and understand the day's menus.
  • Lay up tables for Restaurant as directed.
  • To check and prepare mis-en-place for each meal service.
  • Correct handling, storage and cleaning of all food service equipment as detailed on the work plans.
  • Excellent customer service & communication skills
  • Be enthusiastic, presentable and enjoy working as part of a team
  • Previous waiting experience is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given
  • Bar experience is also desirable, but again, not essential
  • Additional support with Lounge Service on Weekends
