If you have ambition to make a difference, then please read on.Conduct thorough testing of individual products to ensure they meet the required standards for product quality and safety. Conduct system testing to make sure they operate correctly and reliably as part of larger systems/networks. Ensure all test steps are followed and results are consistent and reliable.Identify and investigate failures and work closely with developers to facilitate root cause analysis.Take ownership of the process of meticulously documenting all aspects of the validation process and test results to ensure a good traceability of company’s records and day to day activities are in full compliance with the quality manual and meet the requirements of audit as they arise.About the Person: -
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise and complete their own workload.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • The ability to work individually as well as within a team
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Precise and concise written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in documenting validation activities and communicating findings clearly
  • Good spoken communication skills
Experience (Must Haves): -
  • 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of engineering principles and relevant regulations
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies
  • Ability to follow processes
  • Ability to keep detailed records
Desirable Skills but can be trained:-
  • Experience in working with different test/debug tools
  • Knowledge of/ experience with testing automated systems
  • Knowledge of hardware testing (it will be considered an advantage but it’s not essential)
