- Managing senior stakeholders to take them on a journey to your solution.
- Working to tight and conflicting tender deadlines.
- Self-generation and pipeline development of new business Major Accounts comprising of opportunity values up to £1.0m per annum.
- Providing expert guidance and consultation to customers in the design, development, and implementation of sustainable, commercially and operationally viable waste management solutions.
- Creation and delivery of customer centric solution presentations.
- Strong Field sales experience.
- Experience in selling B2B solutions and/or services-based contracts.
- Experience in responding and leading on details tender submissions.
- Successful track record in securing contracts with annual revenues over £100,000.
- Background of working in close collaboration with multiple internal stakeholder groups to develop solutions/proposals.
- Knowledge and experience of a consultative approach to new business proposals.
