A leading global CCTV manufacturer is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to provide both pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers, sales teams, and partners across the UK. This role covers product demonstrations, technical training, troubleshooting, and solution design support.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support on IP CCTV and VMS solutionsDeliver product demos, webinars, and technical training sessionsAssist with pre-sales solution design and customer presentationsHandle technical escalations from sales and support teamsProduce and maintain technical documentation and support materialsWork closely with R&D teams and Head Office on product feedback and issue resolutionRequirements:3+ years’ experience in IP CCTV, VMS, or network-based security solutionsStrong knowledge of networking, installation, configuration, and interoperability of CCTV systemsExperience in B2B security channels and system integrationConfident presenting to technical and non-technical audiencesProficient in Microsoft OS, Office, and network diagnostics (Cisco / Microsoft certifications preferred)Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skillsDesirable:Degree in IT, Networking, or related fieldPrior experience in the video surveillance industry
