Do you thrive in a caring, hands-on environment where your support truly makes a difference?We are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Care Assistant to join a specialist SEN provision in Lincoln over the summer holidays. This temporary but rewarding role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the progress and wellbeing of children with a variety of special educational needs in a nurturing, wraparound care setting.💼 About the Role:As a Summer SEN Wraparound Care Assistant, you will:- Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual learning and care plans- Assist with personal care, including support at lunchtime and other routine activities- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all children- Work collaboratively with the wider teaching and support team to help each child thrive✅ What We’re Looking For:- Has previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (essential)- Demonstrates strong communication and positive behaviour management skills- Is passionate, reliable, and committed to making a real impact- Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)- Is able to complete or already holds an Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) registered to the Update Service (If not, one can be arranged at the applicant’s cost)Link3 Recruitment is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
