  • Winfield Lodge Residential Home, Weston Park, Bath BA1 4AS. Full-time and Part-time of 18 hours.

  • Assist the Chef in the preparation of meals.
  • Undertaking preparation, plating and serving of meals to Residents, staff, and visitors as required.
  • Preparing and heating up breakfast items and serving as required.
  • Heating up or baking prepared supper food and serving as required.
  • Preparing sandwiches as required by the Chef.
  • Providing necessary crockery, cutlery, trays and serving utensils
  • Ensuring that the trolleys are clean and well presented before being transported to the floors for serving.
  • Thoroughly cleaning all serving trolleys after each meal.
Required Skills, Abilities and Experience:
  • We provide our staff with the training required for the role, so no direct kitchen experience is required, although it is beneficial.
  • A background in Customer Service or a People Oriented Environment is desirable.
  • Individuals who can adapt well to working as a team and independently
  • Individuals who have good verbal and written communication
  • Evidence of having undertaken relevant training i.e. health & safety, food hygiene is not required, although it is beneficial.
