- Partnership Leadership: Own and deepen strategic relationships with key POS and middleware partners, acting as the senior commercial lead to tailor the partner portfolio to local market needs and long-term business goals.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate closely with executive stakeholders across Product, Tech, and Commercial teams to develop and implement comprehensive engagement and account management strategies that ensure consistent partner success across diverse markets.
- Integration & Capability Strategy: Drive the end-to-end integration strategy, working with internal and external senior stakeholders to deliver scalable, best-in-class technical solutions and build future-ready integration capabilities aligned with evolving partner needs.
- Commercial Growth: Identify, prioritise, and execute joint business opportunities with partners to unlock incremental revenue streams and maximise the overall commercial value of each strategic partnership.
- Performance & Governance: Establish and lead structured performance frameworks, including executive business reviews, to monitor KPIs, ensure accountability, and drive continuous improvement across technical, commercial, and operational dimensions.
- Escalations & Market Insight: Serve as the senior escalation point for complex issues, while providing strategic market intelligence, competitor analysis, and executive reporting to inform leadership decisions and shape the partnership roadmap.
- Experience & Expertise: consolidate experience as senior account management or strategic partnerships within tech, SaaS, or digital marketplaces, with deep knowledge of POS, middleware, and platform integrations.
- Partnership Leadership: Proven success building and scaling enterprise technology partnerships, negotiating high-value agreements, and managing executive relationships to unlock long-term value.
- Executive Communication & Influence: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, adept at representing the business in senior forums and aligning partners with strategic priorities.
- Strategic & Commercial Acumen: Data-driven decision-maker with strong business judgment, skilled in opportunity assessment, performance evaluation, and risk mitigation using commercial models and KPIs.
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Change: Experienced in leading complex, multi-workstream programmes across global teams; proactive change agent comfortable driving innovation and aligning stakeholders.
