- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords
- Advising landlords on market conditions and rental pricing
- Coordinating marketing and property listings
- Working closely with the lettings team to ensure seamless service
- Meeting and exceeding performance and instruction targets
- Previous experience in lettings, particularly in valuations and listings
- Proven ability to win instructions and close business
- Strong knowledge of the local rental market
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Full UK driving licence and own car required
