
Escalator Technical Manager

- Develop and implement a national plan to improve first-time fix rates and reduce repeat service calls.
- Analyze performance data to identify underperforming assets and deploy targeted technical solutions.
- Design and deliver technical training for engineers and managers to close product and skill gaps.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to enhance documentation and optimize maintenance methodologies.
- Provide technical leadership to support local branches, including diagnostics, part sourcing, and ongoing coaching.
- Proven technical service management experience in the escalator industry
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills to engage and develop teams.
- Track record of implementing successful technical improvement and performance programs.
- Effective relationship management skills across internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
- NVQ Level 3 in Escalator Engineering required; NVQ Level 4 in Testing and Commissioning desirable.
