- Partner with Account Executives, BDRs, Channel Managers, and Marketing to exceed ambitious targets.
- Deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-value (POV) evaluations that turn prospects into customers—and customers into advocates.
- Build trusted relationships with CISOs, IT Leaders, and Security/Compliance stakeholders by translating technology into business outcomes.
- Represent the voice of the customer within Mimecast, and the voice of Mimecast to the customer.
- Navigate ambiguity, design compelling solutions, and drive technical wins that create lasting impact.
- Ensure all activities are aligned with Mimecast’s strict privacy, security, and compliance standards.
- 5+ years’ SaaS experience, with at least 3 years in pre-sales engineering, consulting, or designing enterprise security systems.
- Ability to translate complex technology into simple, compelling business solutions for technical and executive audiences alike.
- Strong OS expertise (Windows, Mac, Linux) plus IT system skills in networking, systems management, and security.
- A track record of success in fast-growth environments—solving problems with agility while building strong internal and external relationships.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and certifications (CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CISA) a plus.
- Solid knowledge of at least three of the following:
- DLP
- CASB
- EDR
- Network Security
