They are looking for someone who is passionate about selling and someone who is passionate about food!Telesales Executive – The Job:Customer engagement – building and maintaining strong relationships virtually with existing and potential customers, ensuring effective product matching to best meet with the requirements if the customer and support them in growing their business.Customer Relationship Management – Cultivate strong relationships with customers, providing personalised recommendations, suggesting suitable alternatives when products are unavailable, take incoming calls and emails.Sales Generation – Deploy effective sales techniques over the phone to profile and understand the needs of the customer, then using this information to maximise margin through effective upselling.Commercial Awareness – Negotiating within the commercial parameters in order to leverage additional sales.
