The Role of Business Development Manager :-
Work with key broker partners across the Midlands and SouthWest, maintaining an outstanding relationship that positions you and the business as a primary go to insurer in the mid-market space.
Key focus on the delivery of pipeline and new business opportunities as well as servicing the existing portfolio
Involving the underwriting team in the development opportunities, creating buy-in and positive responses to the pipeline activity

As an experienced Business Development Manager, you will excel in the art of deal-making, engaging with the right individuals in the key broker partners to ensure all angles are covered, and putting yourself in a position to close the deal
Working strategically internally and externally to obtain the best solution on complex risks
Ability to showcase your negotiation and relationship managements skills, working alongside some of the most experienced underwriters in the market
You will be an individual who will view a double-digit growth target as a challenge to excel
