Or are you already a Senior Practitioner seeking a new challenge?As a Senior Childcare Practitioner , you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Mild Learning Difficulties (MLD) . You will be a role model, mentor, and key worker, ensuring the best possible care and outcomes for the children.This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing organisation with a strong Ofsted β€œGood” track record and a commitment to achieving Outstanding ratings.βœ… What We’re Looking Forβœ” Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or Level 3 Residential Childcare (or equivalent – see below)
βœ” Experience working with children in residential care or similar settings
βœ” Ability to manage challenging behaviours and create a nurturing environment
βœ” Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
βœ” Fluency in English (with the ability to understand UK dialects)
βœ” Minimum Age: 22/23 (in line with regulatory requirements)πŸ’‘ Alternative Qualifications Considered:
