β³ Hours: Various on 36hour or 48hour contract
π° Salary: Β£27,144 - Β£36,192 base 8-10 sleep-ins/month (Β£52 per sleep)
π° Potential take-home: Up to Β£41,184 per annumπΉ About the RoleAre you an experienced Residential Support Worker looking to take the next step in your career? Or are you already a Senior Practitioner seeking a new challenge?As a Senior Childcare Practitioner , you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Mild Learning Difficulties (MLD) . You will be a role model, mentor, and key worker, ensuring the best possible care and outcomes for the children.This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing organisation with a strong Ofsted βGoodβ track record and a commitment to achieving Outstanding ratings.β What Weβre Looking Forβ Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or Level 3 Residential Childcare (or equivalent β see below)
β Experience working with children in residential care or similar settings
β Ability to manage challenging behaviours and create a nurturing environment
β Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
β Fluency in English (with the ability to understand UK dialects)
β Minimum Age: 22/23 (in line with regulatory requirements)π‘ Alternative Qualifications Considered:
