You will support teachers with lesson planning and delivery, lead small group sessions, and occasionally take responsibility for whole classes in the teacher’s absence.This is a highly collaborative role where you will work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs and other support professionals to help every child succeed.Key responsibilities:Lead small group sessions and deliver lessons when requiredAssist in planning, preparing and adapting lesson materialsSupport the academic and emotional development of learners, including those with additional needsBuild strong relationships with pupils, staff and familiesPromote a positive, safe and inclusive learning environmentContribute to the wider life of the school and its ongoing developmentWhat we’re looking for:A Level 4 qualification (or equivalent) – this is essential for HLTA rolesExperience working within a primary school setting
