Pay Rate: £18.00 - £24.00 Per Hour (Negotiable Based on Experience and Pay Type)Industry: Aggregates, Building Material, Manufacturing, Production, Construction, LogisticsAnderselite are looking to speak with Loading Shovel Drivers / Loading Shovel Operators across the Midlands area, due to upcoming holiday cover required with our clients in the Aggregates sector.Successful candidate will have previously worked as a Loading Shovel Drivers / Wheeled Loading Shovel Operators, transporting materials safely and efficiently, in a similar working environment across Aggregates, Building Material, Manufacturing, Production, Construction, Logistics, holding a valid Loading Shovel Licence.Further work may be based at different locations over the remainder of the summer months, based on client needs.Daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Operate the loading shovel in a safe and efficient manner
- Transport materials to feed screens, bins and hoppers
- Load and unload materials as required
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the machine
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Report any issues or faults promptly
- Hold a valid CPCS or NPORS Wheeled Loading Shovel Licence
- Previous experience working as a Loading Shovel Driver / Loading Shovel Operator
- Have an understanding of health and safety regulations
- Be punctual, reliable with good communication skills
