- Prepare the Monthly Operating Report (MOR) covering P&L, revenue and expense commentary, and other relevant financial data.
- Provide financial information and commentary for EMEA legal entity Board of Director meetings.
- Collaborate with business and finance teams to deliver insightful financial analysis.
- Partner with the India FP&A team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial forecasts based on insights from business management.
- Support regional businesses during forecast and budgeting cycles.
- Generate forecasts for key local legal entities.
- Review month-end P&L to ensure appropriate expense allocations to Lines of Business (LOBs).
- Oversee accrual processes and LOB allocations for EMEA Global Markets.
- Understand drivers for EMEA Global Markets taxes and regulatory levies.
- Conduct detailed analyses on EMEA Global Markets expense items, including allocated expense and variance analyses.
- Collaborate with the business to identify and implement cost-saving measures.
- Continuously enhance reporting processes to ensure efficiency and relevance.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting for senior management.
- Build strong relationships with Lines of Business and across CFO and COO functions.
- Acquire a broad knowledge of product offerings and a solid understanding of revenue and expense drivers.
- A self-motivated and analytical thinker with a strong understanding of financial performance and reporting.
- An excellent communicator capable of building relationships across various functions.
- Proficient in financial analysis and forecasting, with a keen eye for detail.
