We are currently seeking a Service Controller to join our team at Sleator Plant.In this role, you will oversee a team of engineers and ensure an excellent customer experience by optimising resources to meet customer needs efficiently, while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.🔧 Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer service needs and allocate appropriate resources
  • Manage the full repair/service process, including minor workshop repairs and PDIs
  • Create service quotes following PMs, repairs, or inspections
  • Directly manage engineers in both workshop and field
  • Carry out other ad-hoc duties as required
