- Escalate any complex queries to senior team members.
- Liase with the wider business to resolve complex issues.
- Previous experience with dealing with complex queries and complaints.
- Confident communication and active listening skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Comfortable in using CRM systems.
- Positive empathetic attitude.
- Experience of working in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
