(Essex, Office-Based)A specialist recruitment company is seeking an ambitious Team Leader to head up their Doctors Recruitment desk. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter to step into a leadership role, managing a small but highly productive team with strong market demand.The Opportunity:Lead a team of 3 Recruitment Consultants collectively billing £5-6K GP per week.Take charge of a warm database of clients and candidates with plenty of incoming roles to service.Build and grow a new desk with the support of an established business and high market activity.Full-time, office-based in Essex, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:30.What’s on Offer:Competitive salary + uncapped commission10% commission on your billings once weekly threshold (£1K) is exceeded – paid from the threshold.Team-linked commission uplift: earn 100% of your commission if team targets are met.20 days annual leave, plus 1 extra day per year of service.The Ideal Candidate:Experienced in medical recruitment, ideally within Doctors.Strong business development skills with the drive to build a desk from the ground up.Natural leadership ability, able to motivate and guide a team while delivering personal billings.Resilient, ambitious, and highly motivated to achieve success in a fast-paced sector.This is a rare chance to join a thriving company in a senior capacity, taking ownership of a profitable area and progressing your recruitment career.Apply now or reach out for a confidential discussion.
