Brand new opportunity selling a variety of chimney and flue systems as long with wood burning and pellet stoves into specialist stove shops across the Southwest of England & South Wales. The main responsibility will be to build relationships with shops and help them sell the product range. The ASM will also work with installers and contractors to generate demand with some dealings within the commercial sector. The area has a healthy amount of customer accounts to manage as well plenty of new business opportunities.CompanyA leading UK provider of chimney & flue systems.PersonMy client is seeking individuals preferably with experience in the HVAC sector, including Plumbing & Heating and Ventilation. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing a specific area and organizing their own schedule. While specific product knowledge can be trained, it is essential that the candidate understands the dynamics of selling to stockists. Experience in creating demand and back-selling would be advantageous. Age is not a determining factor; however, candidates who are ambitious and demonstrate stability in their career progression are preferred. It would be beneficial if the candidate has a background in dealing with contractors, who can sometimes be challenging to work with. Candidates from various backgrounds are encouraged to apply, including those from merchant/distributor roles or commercial positions dealing with Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) sectors. The key requirement is the ability to thrive in this sector and confidently engage with stakeholders.
