Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 + Benefits
Full-Time or Part-Time (Minimum 3 Days/Week)A respected consultancy with a growing footprint in development monitoring is seeking a Senior or Associate Monitoring Surveyor to support its expanding workload across the Midlands and East Anglia. This is a great opportunity for a Chartered Surveyor with some previous experience in monitoring to join a flexible, regionally focused role offering autonomy and meaningful project work.The workload is primarily focused on residential developments for major lenders, with occasional involvement in commercial, industrial, and broader fund monitoring schemes. The role includes site visits and occasional travel to the company’s Midlands regional office.What You’ll Do:Deliver lender-focused development monitoring reportsAssess project documentation, cost plans, and risk profilesVisit sites to track construction progress and flag issuesBuild trusted relationships with lender clients, developers, and consultantsProvide reliable, commercially sound advice throughout the project lifecycleWhat You’ll Need:MRICS qualification (essential)Some previous experience in a monitoring surveying capacityStrong commercial understanding and reporting skillsExcellent communication and attention to detailBased in the Midlands or East Anglia with ability to travel to sites and Leicester office occasionallyWhy This Role?Primarily residential development monitoring with sector varietyFlexible working with part-time options (minimum 3 days/week)Join a respected and growing consultancy teamCompetitive
