Delegate Sales Executive – Global Sports Eventsc£30k DOE + uncapped OTE (c£45k-£50k Yr1)Central London – Hybrid – 2 days onsiteArk Recruitment is excited to be partnering exclusively with a respected and growing international sports media and events business to find a commercially driven Business Development Executive to join their London-based team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven B2B sales experience, ideally within delegate or events sales, who is looking to take the next step in their career within the dynamic world of sport.Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive delegate sales across a portfolio of global sports business events
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers across sport, media, tech, and investment
  • Attend and represent the company at international events
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and content teams to ensure aligned messaging and outreach
  • Spot opportunities to up and cross sell additional sponsorship and partnership packages to delegate clients looking to be more involved
Candidate Profile:
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales – delegate sales preferred.
  • Confident, articulate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Genuine interest in the business side of sport
  • Experience in conference, media, or exhibition sales is an advantage
  • A self starter, who can work autonomously and use there initiative to open doors and make sales in a niche industry.
