Little Blossoms Nursery is looking for 3 passionate Lunchtime Supervisors to join the team at our Outstanding NurseryVacancy - Lunchtime Supervisor- 12.5 hours per week- £12.25 per hour- Monday to Friday- Shifts: 11.15am-1.45pm- No qualification or experience necessaryBenefits:

Key responsibilities
  • Setting up for lunch area accordingly, preparing flannels and equipment needed.
  • Supporting the staff team in washing children's hands before lunch and sitting the children down at the table.
  • Collecting meals from the kitchen, ensuring that all special diets are communicated to the rest of the team.
  • Assisting with supervision of the children at lunchtime, role modeling and paying particular regard to manners and 'good eating'
  • Ensuring that all crockery, cutlery and other utensils are returned to the kitchen at the end of lunch time.
  • Assisting the staff team in washing the children's hands and faces, removing bibs and dirty clothes where necessary.
  • Cleaning the lunch room, taking out washing, loading and emptying the washing machine and tumble driers as required.
  • To attend staff and team meetings as required.

Essential CriteriaEducation and Qualifications
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK
  • Completion of a satisfactory DBS check and registration with the update service
  • Enrolment on Paediatric First Aid course within the first 3 months
  • Completion of a relevant Safeguarding course
  • A willingness to undertake any further training including some evenings and weekends
